Event stated 11 AM but egghunt didnt start till 11:45 AM and 12:45 PM, kids waited in the cold, poor control like not having lines put up or barricade area of egg hunt, very unruly behavior of people taking eggs before it even started and people lining up infront of others when they came later. Must be a cultural thing with the chaos.
